The cable is tested to 340 MHz (full 10.2 Gbps bandwidth) for full 1080p compatibility including increased colour depth and refresh rates.

Cat 2 high speed cables can also support higher resolutions up to WQXGA cinema monitor resolution (2560 x 1600) and v1.3 specification supports deep colour, the latest lossless digital audio formats and xvYCC IEC colour standard.

1mtr. and 2 mtr. long cables are 30AWG wire size, 3mtr. and 5mtr. long cables are 28AWG wire size and 7.5mtr. long cables are 24AWG wire size.
