RCA / phono connectors are used for many different applications in pro audio and domestic hi-fi use including, audio connections, unbalanced instrument connections and digital connections as in the S/P Dif format. To obtain the optimum performance, all of these different applications require different cable types to be used in the construction of the leads, therefore to avoid any confusion as to which is the correct type of lead to purchase we have decided that this particular RCA / phono lead section of our website will deal with audio leads only.
