CustompanelZ is the division of SurebuyZ / The CustomZ Group that specialises in the design and manufacture of our bespoke range of rack mount panels.

Due to the ever increasing number of specialist electronic processors and other necessary equipment that finds its way onto the market and which fills up the spaces in your flight case or rack panel, the more complex your system becomes and the more of a nightmare it can be to ensure that everything is correctly connected for your performance, especially when there isn't much time to go before the show starts (I am sure that we've all been there, now where does this jack plug go???).

A simple, professional, speedy and permanent solution to this problem is to invest in a professionally designed custom panel which is installed into your flight case or rack system. This panel would be fitted with the relevant connectors / sockets for your particular set up and can be any type of connector / socket to suit all kinds of A / V applications whether digital or analogue or a mixture of the two. Flying leads of a suitable length are soldered onto the pins at the rear of the panel connectors with a suitable connector being fitted to the free end of the flying lead to allow connection to the processor, mixer or other effects units in the system thus transferring all of the connections in your flight case / rack system to a single, conveniently located panel. Obviously our CustompanelZ can be positioned wherever is the most convenient in the flight case or rack, either at the font or the back, the top or the bottom, the important thing is to ensure that there is sufficient length in the flying leads to comfortably reach their intended connections.

Every socket on the custom panel is individually and permanantly identified by means of either colour coded plastic plates behind the sockets (10 colours) or by numerals, letters or words engraved directly onto the panel with the same colour coding or alpha numeric id. being used to identify the free end of the flying leads.

This system can be further enhanced by using our own CustomleadZ brand of finest quality pro audio leads, most of which are available in 10 different cable colours with the further option to use colour coded boots and / or colour coded id. bands for the connectors. CustomloomZ professional bespoke hand made pro audio cable looms can also offer an impressive alternative to your cabling solutions. Both CustomleadZ and CustomloomZ products can also be made with numbers, letters or words laminated onto the cable behind the boots to further aid identification and to match any engraving on the custom panel.

It is impossible for SurebuyZ / CustompanelZ to make any kind of 'standard' panels as every artiste will have their own particular set up so therefore we are only able to offer this product on a quotation basis.
